how to make broth fondue?

add about 1 small onion carrot and celery rib each. A sprig or two of thyme, a smashed garlic clove, a bay leaf and some whole peppercorns.Simmer very low for about 20-30 min. Freshens up the taste of the canned stuff. But homemade broth is always best. Doesn’t take much work, just time.
