What was the name of that restaurant in Regency Square Richmond Va that served crazy ice cream dishes?

brokenjack asked:

The restaurant was near where the food court is now. It existed during the 80′s and was decorated with marquee lights. I vaguely remember huge ice cream desserts decorated with dinosaurs etc.

I believe it was Farrell’s Old Fashioned Ice Cream Pallor. They had a dish called a zoo that was in a huge silver serving dish that was delivered to your table by 2 servers on a stretcher accompanied by clanging bells and whistles. They also had the Pike’s Peak Ice Cream Dish.

It was a fabulously fun place!
