ice cream dessert?

    Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream Pie

    Crust:
    You can use a premade chocolate cookie pie crust. If the crust is not prebaked, bake for about 10 minutes on 300 degrees, and let it cool completely.

    Turkey Hill Mint Choclate Chip Ice cream
    Leave it out at room temperature for a few minutes to help spreadability. Use a flattened ice cream server to smooth the ice cream over the pie crust until you have an even layer.

    Topping
    Place Grasshopper cookies (fudge covered chocolate mint cookies) over the top in a decorative design or crush them up and sprinkle on top.

    Cover the pie with plastic wrap and let freeze for a couple hours before serving.

    Sooooo good.
