The basic thing now is the accomodation and ice cream machine.You can start with a used machine,for accomodation if you dont have a rom or shop you can make it mobile this if u have a van.You can just buy plastic chairs and tables and carry them in your van.If you see a good spot then you can set up your moblie ice cream parlor there and start selling.I can help you with recipe.Just call on me then we can talk on cost and next moves.
